Universal Magnetic license plate holder kit to make any car look cleaner

QuickPlate Version X - Final version, developed unnecessarily far.

Assemble with stainless steel screws or 3M VHB double sided tape.

Install in warm place and tape should be left to cure for 24 hours.

Remove before car wash.

How to use

Installation guide for Quickplate

Preparation phase

  1. Remove your old register plate and the holder
  2. Clean the surface with alcohol
  3. Test what screw will fit or use double sided tape
  4. Test which spacer you need to use. The magnets must be above the surface of the paint. Spacers are necessary only on paint, not plastic.

Installation phase

If you use double sided tape skip to Step 4.

Magnets are very fragile, so do not drop them or use ratchet. Magnets can handle about 3 Nm of torque.

  1. Insert smallest washer to screw
  2. Insert the screw through magnets
  3. Insert the smaller or bigger spacer to the screw
  4. Screw in the assembled magnet. Do not use ratchet!
  5. Put counterparts on top of the magnets
  6. Peel the tape covers
  7. Clean your register plate with alcohol
  8. Mock up the plate location and press into the counterparts.
  9. (Optional) Put the stabilator pieces in desired place. For example on the edge of the plates center.

Installation is complete!

Let the 3M Tape cure for 24 hours in warm. (Take the license plates inside overnight)

Remove plates always before washing by pressure washer, automatic car wash or any other method.

Keep the magnets and counterparts clean and dry to avoid scratching and rusting!
